1. To support the Republican Party and its principles (at the local, state and national level) to ensure it remains the strongest political party in the nation
2. To support Republican candidates and elected officials at all levels
3. To strengthen the Republican Hispanic community in Virginia—keeping people informed; getting people involved; providing people a voice reflective of the community
4. To identify, recruit, encourage and support qualified Hispanic candidates for elective office at all levels
5. To inform the Hispanic community about Republican ideals and principles; encourage their participation in the political process and to vote Republican
6. To provide the Republican Party at all levels with productive and constructive input to ensure accurate understanding of the diverse Hispanic constituency and issues
7. To take on an advocacy role by adopting positions on public policy matters related to current issues
8. To create and maintain an effective, results-oriented organization, taking full advantage of the strength, experience, skills, and wisdom of the members of the organization
