Fabiola Francisco is a proud Virginian brought up, schooled and raising her family in Falls Church. A
lifelong Republican she has volunteered for many Virginia
campaigns. She has spoken and presented
before congress on issues including the marriage-tax penalty and estate tax issues.
She lives in the 11th district of Virginia and has been active with politics for over a decade.
Fabiola currently is the Chief of Operations for Condortech Services, Inc. a well established logical
security integrator where she manages the design-build security projects for the federal government. She recently served as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Administrator for Africa
at the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID) overseeing special projects, policy direction, and logistical coordination
in the Africa Bureau. Fabiola has both public and private sector management experience, including service in the Peace Corps. Her international background includes
U.S. government representation in Senegal
at the African Growth Economic Opportunity Act Forum
Fabiola has been politically active within the Republican Party. She currently holds the position as 2nd
Vice Chairperson for the RNHA-VA. In 2004 she worked on the RNC 72 Hour task
force in Philadelphia and was assigned
to work on outreach to the Hispanic community She has been involved in campaigns for Tom Davis, George Allen, Mark Earley
and Jerry Kilgore.
She supports the Hispanic Student Association of George Mason University and sat on the steering Host Committee in
2006 for the annual Hispanic Leadership Awards in October 2006. Fabiola is married with three children.
